Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan integrasi infrastruktur dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang mengintegrasikan infrastruktur wisata dengan literasi masyarakat di Desa Sukakarya, Cianjur. Program melibatkan 88 peserta selama 43 hari melalui siklus PAR (planning-action-observation-reflection) dengan fokus pada infrastruktur keselamatan, identitas visual, ekonomi kreatif berbasis teh, dan peningkatan literasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-post-test, observasi partisipatif, dan wawancara, dianalisis secara triangulasi. Hasil utama: realisasi 100% infrastruktur (12 unit), peningkatan skor literasi 65 poin, 2 produk unggulan (proyeksi Rp1.300.000/bulan), partisipasi 85%, pengurangan sampah 30%-33%. Kontribusi teoretis: framework integrasi infrastruktur-literasi melalui PAR menciptakan multiplier effect, membedakan dari studi sebelumnya yang memisahkan kedua aspek. Model PAR terintegrasi efektif menciptakan sense of ownership dan solusi berkelanjutan.
