Advokasi Pengelolaan Manajemen Risiko di Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jembrana Bali

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung bertujuan untuk memberikan advokasi terkait pengelolaan manajemen risiko di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jembrana, Bali. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada 7–10 Maret 2024 secara luring di Aula Pemda Jembrana dan melibatkan kerja sama antara Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung, Universitas Terbuka, serta Pemerintah Kabupaten Jembrana. Peserta terdiri atas sekitar 30 sekretaris dinas yang berperan sebagai pengelola risiko di masing-masing unit kerja. Rangkaian kegiatan mencakup pembukaan, pemaparan kondisi terkini manajemen risiko oleh Inspektur Jembrana, presentasi teknis oleh Inspektur Pembantu, serta penyampaian materi dari akademisi, termasuk Dr. Abdul Rahman dan Caesar Octoviandy Purba, mengenai pengelolaan dan analisis risiko. Sesi ditutup dengan diskusi interaktif dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingginya antusiasme peserta serta kelancaran pelaksanaan kegiatan. Advokasi ini dinilai berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap manajemen risiko dan diharapkan dapat diperluas cakupannya pada kegiatan berikutnya.
