ABSTRACT
In an effort to improve the welfare of the village community, the Office of Community and Village Empowerment (PMD) of Bandung Regency, tries to encourage the existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa), but in reality the existence of BUMDesa still has no legal basis, therefore advocacy activities are needed in it. try to collaborate with the government (Bandung Regency) and universities (STIA LAN Bandung) in drafting a legal basis that will later be expected to become a formal foundation in terms of establishment, consolidation or other operations. From the results of this advocacy activity the Office of Community and Village Empowerment (PMD) of Bandung Regency can identify, then know the urgency of the existence of a regent's regulation regarding BUMDesa Bersama, as well as knowing input from village officials regarding the establishment of a regent's regulations with the aim of serving the community's interests in the village which was then outlined in the draft draft of the Regent of Bandung concerning Joint Village Owned Enterprises.
ABSTRAK
Dalam upaya mengsejahterakan masyarakat desa, Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) Kabupaten Bandung, mencoba mendorong keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa), namun pada kenyataannya keberadaan BUMDesa masih belum memiliki dasar hukum yang sah, oleh karena itu diperlukan kegiatan advokasi yang didalamnya mencoba saling berkolaborasi antara pihak pemerintahan (Kabupaten Bandung) dan perguruan tinggi (STIA LAN Bandung) dalam merancang rancangan dasar hukum yang nantinya akan diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan formal dalam hal pendirian, peleburan ataupun operasi lainnya. Dari hasil kegiatan advokasi ini Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) Kabupaten Bandung dapat mengidentifikasi, kemudian mengetahui sejauh mana urgensi dari adanya peraturan bupati tentang BUMDesa Bersama, serta mengetahui masukan dari para aparat desa mengenai adanya pembentukan peraturan bupati dengan tujuan untuk kepentingan masyarakat desa yang kemudian dituangkan pada draft rancangan peraturan Bupati Bandung tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama.
